Operating Licence

Operating under Greek maritime regulations for personal watercraft rental. All jetskis are registered and insured in accordance with Greek Law 4926/2022 governing recreational watercraft operations and Presidential Decree 23/2000 (water sports at sea).

Liability Insurance

Third-party liability coverage: €700,000 per incident.
Mandatory insurance pursuant to Greek Law 4926/2022 and P.D. 284/1994.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Greek law applies exclusively. Jurisdiction: Courts of Lefkada, Greece.
